Favorites are per-user shortcuts to menu destinations. Star a supported menu item to add it to your favorites bar. The shortcuts are stored server-side, so they follow you across browsers and devices.
Using favorites
- Click ☆ next to a menu item to save it.
- Click ★ to remove it.
- In CalOps and standalone shells, your favorites appear in the hero bar near Home.
What you can favorite
Current menu keys include events, users, timesheets, customers, messages, lawn-care, quotes, tent-squaring, layouts, website-builder, inventory, print-sheets, analytics, timeclock, settings, documents, and notes.
Notes
- Favorites are per-user.
- If a menu item is hidden by profile or permissions, its favorite shortcut will not appear.
- The favorites list comes from the same account record every time, so changing browsers does not clear it.
