The Feedback feature lets you submit feature requests, bug reports, and general feedback directly to the Apex Rental Pro development team from within the application. You don't need to leave the app or open a separate support channel.
- Click the Feedback button (typically in the sidebar, footer, or user menu).
- Select the type of feedback:
- Bug Report — something isn't working as expected
- Feature Request — something you'd like the app to do
- General Feedback — anything else
- Write your feedback in the text field. Be as specific as possible — include what you were doing, what happened, and what you expected to happen.
- Click Submit.
Your feedback is sent to the development team along with your account's tenant identifier, so they can follow up if needed.
Feedback is sent directly to the development team. You won't receive an automated confirmation email after submitting. If your feedback requires follow-up, the development team may contact you at your account's email address.
- Feedback is not a support ticket system: The feedback form routes to the development team, not a customer support queue. For urgent issues, fill out a request at https://start.apexrentalpro.com/support or Email our support instead.
- Include context: The more context you provide, the more useful your feedback is. For bug reports, include the steps to reproduce the issue, what browser you're using, and what you expected to see vs. what actually happened.
- Feature requests are prioritized by the team: Submitting a feature request doesn't guarantee it will be built. The team reviews all feedback and prioritizes based on demand and feasibility.
