Apex Rental Pro offers one current paid plan: Professional, shown as Pro on the public pricing page. Choose monthly or annual billing for the same plan-level features.
Published subscription prices
| Billing option | Published price |
|---|---|
| Monthly | $39.99 USD per month |
| Annual | $399.99 USD per year |
These are the standard prices displayed on the Apex pricing page. Check the checkout or your subscription page for the price and terms that apply to your purchase, including any applicable offer or account-specific billing arrangement.
Trial
The public website offers a 30-day trial. Trial and Professional have the same plan-level feature access in the application.
Feature access still depends on the workspace and the person using it. Your industry, role, individual permissions, integration setup, and available editor version can change which controls you see. For example, having Stripe tools included does not connect a Stripe account, and adding an employee does not automatically grant access to business financial information.
What's included
The plan covers the supported inventory and availability tools, quotes and billing documents, contracts, customer records, calendar and event workflows, team tools, layouts, reporting, and mobile access. See Features at a glance for the guide to each area.
The appropriate workspace profile exposes industry-specific tools, such as the property and recurring-service workflows described in Lawn Care. Those tools are not a separate paid tier in the current plan model.
Integrations and hardware have their own setup requirements. Stripe processes customer payments; a subscription to Apex is separate from configuring customer-payment collection. See Stripe Payments.
Mobile access
The mobile app connects to the same workspace and is included with the plan. Your account's permissions still apply, and mobile workflows are not identical to every desktop screen.
Managing your subscription
Use the subscription controls available in your workspace to review billing and the available plan-management actions. Direct-billing accounts use the supported Stripe billing-management flow; an account with a different billing arrangement may show different instructions.
Older release notes may mention Starter or Enterprise. They are historical plan names, not extra current tiers you need to buy to follow these guides.
Getting started or leaving
Create your account or find your existing workspace.
If you need a copy of your business information, review Data Export and its scope before relying on it. The available export is not a promise that every attachment, integration, or account setting is included in a complete backup.
